The First Open Source AI Physicist appears as a saturated mosaic of equations, waves, fields, particles, geometric solids, cosmological imagery, and instrument readouts. Each panel uses its own scientific visual language, yet the panels join into one exuberant research surface, like a wall of results produced faster than a single laboratory could display them. The source is the Get Physics Done announcement from Physical Superintelligence PBC. It introduced Get Physics Done as an open-source agentic physicist able to scope a problem, plan the research, perform derivations, run numerical checks, and verify results against physical constraints. The mosaic maps that workflow without reducing it to a portrait of a humanoid scientist. Equations and geometry represent formal reasoning; numerical and instrument panels imply checking; fields, particles, and cosmology show the range of physical questions to which the system is directed. The announcement's defining proposition is end-to-end scientific agency made publicly inspectable and reusable by its release as open-source software. The project was not described merely as a model that supplies an isolated answer. Its significance lay in joining problem definition, planning, calculation, and verification into a coordinated research process. Openness makes that sequence available for examination, adaptation, and challenge beyond one closed laboratory. As a standalone artwork, the image gives that proposition an identity separate from any daily digest. The project enters the Singularity record at a demanding new frontier of open research: scientific reasoning was being reorganized into an agentic pipeline capable of checking itself against the physical world. The crowded surface preserves both the ambition and the necessary discipline of that claim, showing discovery not as magic but as a sequence of representations, tests, and constraints.
