House Innermost Loop – AJ Scaramucci Walks.
AJ Scaramucci appears twelfth in a black-and-gold robe whose imagery immediately separates him from every other investor in the line. The garment is inspired by the Pikachu Illustrator card, a famously rare Pokemon collectible that Scaramucci acquired in a record-setting sale. Instead of reproducing the card as a flat rectangle on his chest, the design disassembles its visual language and turns it into couture.
Gold borders, grading-label geometry, Japanese print references, illustration frames, bright yellow character motifs, ink-like tools, and jewel details circulate across the black fabric. The effect resembles a luxury fashion house that has built a monogram from collectible culture rather than classical mythology. Solari's logo is woven into the same field, ensuring that the garment represents the investor and his firm rather than becoming a simple Pokemon tribute.
Scaramucci is the founder and managing partner of Solari Capital and a co-founder, co-chairman, and president associated with SALT. Solari describes its thesis through four domains: programmable biology, programmable matter, programmable intelligence, and programmable finance. The firm's larger proposition is that reality is becoming programmable - that living systems, physical systems, cognitive systems, and economic systems can increasingly be designed through computation and advanced technology.
Physical Superintelligence sits naturally inside that framework. PSI aims to create an AI-native laboratory capable of building higher-fidelity world models, engineering physical systems beyond conventional human design cycles, and eventually discovering new physical laws. Solari's participation in the financing links the phrase "reality is programmable" to a company attempting to make that proposition operational in physics.
The Pikachu Illustrator reference adds another layer: the problem of value. A rare trading card is a physical object whose extraordinary price depends on scarcity, condition, provenance, cultural memory, authentication, and the willingness of a community to treat the object as singular. A scientific discovery is not valuable in the same way, and truth cannot be created by market consensus. Yet science also depends on provenance, replication, and trusted systems of verification. The couture creates an intentionally provocative dialogue between these worlds.
The grading motifs resemble badges of validation. In collectible markets, third-party grading attempts to stabilize trust around authenticity and condition. In PSI's research model, independent forms of verification must converge before a result becomes a discovery. The garment therefore converts the language of authenticated rarity into a visual metaphor for verified knowledge, while never claiming that the two standards are equivalent.
Black gives the robe gravity. Gold celebrates wealth, rarity, and spectacle. Bright yellow introduces the irreverence of popular culture. The design could easily have become childish or promotional, but the controlled palette and ornate pattern keep it in the realm of luxury. The robe has the confidence of Versace-style surface abundance while remaining narrow enough for the lineup.
Scaramucci's biography also makes the collector reference appropriate. Solari invests in pioneering companies, but he has publicly embraced treasure hunting and the pursuit of singular artifacts. The garment presents those activities as part of one psychological orientation: an attraction to rare things whose importance is not yet fully understood by everyone else.
Within the composite, AJ's robe follows Beth Turner's iridescent Valkyrie geometry and precedes Chad Byers's multicolored Susa tailoring. It functions as a black-and-gold hinge. The figure looks young, composed, and sharply styled, allowing the imagery to remain exuberant without overwhelming him.
AJ Scaramucci walks as collector, investor, and programmer of value. His Solari robe asks the viewer to consider what society chooses to authenticate, preserve, and finance. In a tableau devoted to machine-assisted physics, it also makes a wager: that the rarest future artifact may not be a card at all, but a discovery that changes the limits of the physical world.
