Long Métrage Drip Abundance Tiré du Graphique de l’Abondance de l’Intelligence et de l’Abondance Énergétique. Feature Film Drip Abundance Off the Intelligence Abundance and Energy Abundance Chart. On August 30, 2026, @siouid142 presented Drip Abundance as an unproduced feature film located on a chart of science-fiction futures. The horizontal axis measures energy abundance as usable energy per person. The vertical axis measures intelligence abundance as deployable cognitive work per person. Their intersection creates four cinematic worlds, and the new film appears as a star in the upper-right. The chart is critical vocabulary, not an empirical dataset. Its coordinates ask what a story assumes about the two resources most likely to shape an artificial-intelligence civilization. A society may possess enormous energy yet little widely available intelligence, or abundant machine cognition without the power and material throughput required to act. The two forms of abundance are related, but they are not interchangeable. In the upper-right, Star Trek, The Culture, Accelerando and Diaspora suggest worlds rich in both energy and intelligence. Foundation and Star Wars occupy grand civilizational scales with different distributions of knowledge and power. WALL-E and The Fifth Element add comic or consumer surfaces to technically extravagant systems. The Drip Abundance star enters this territory while remaining visibly “Not Produced”: it is a proposed coordinate before it is a completed narrative. Other works complicate the quadrant. Dune possesses immense strategic energy in spice yet restricts machine intelligence by history and law. The Matrix contains overwhelming machine cognition while human access to energy and agency is brutally constrained. The Expanse and Elysium show advanced capability distributed through political inequality. Metropolis, Brazil, RoboCop and Minority Report warn that technical sophistication can intensify bureaucracy, policing and class division rather than dissolve scarcity. In darker regions, Mad Max and Twelve Monkeys imagine damaged energy systems and damaged collective intelligence. Idiocracy makes cognitive scarcity comic and political. Fahrenheit 451, Blade Runner and Neuromancer place extraordinary systems inside societies whose human capacities remain fragmented. Her and 2001 isolate the intimate and existential consequences of intelligence that does not share the limits of its users. The chart also includes Rainbows End and Permutation City, works in which cognition, simulation and identity stretch beyond ordinary embodiment. Their placement forces the viewer to ask who receives the abundance. Deployable cognitive work per person can rise while ownership remains narrow. Usable energy per person can increase while ecological or political costs are exported elsewhere. A point on the graph is therefore not automatically a paradise. Drip abundance is the exhibition’s name for a future in which technical plenty acquires style, mythology and social texture. “Drip” refuses the sterile image of abundance as a spreadsheet. Clothing, architecture, ritual and humor reveal how people inhabit the new capacity. The proposed film would not merely display more energy and intelligence; it would ask what status, desire and responsibility become when those resources are no longer the old constraints. As an artwork, the chart turns criticism into world-building. Film titles become stars in a conceptual sky, and one absent film is permitted to stand among completed cultural memory. The gesture is audacious but also transparent: the label “Not Produced” keeps aspiration from pretending to be fact. Feature Film Drip Abundance Off the Intelligence Abundance and Energy Abundance Chart is consequently a map and a production note. It locates an ambition within the stories that made such futures imaginable, while showing that energy abundance and intelligence abundance must be examined separately. The star marks no guaranteed destination. It marks the question the unmade film is meant to earn.
