Résoudre Toute Chose Aviaire : Les Grand Tetons. Solve Avian-thing: The Grand Tetons. On April 13, 2026, @siouid142 transformed Dr. Alex Wissner-Gross’s Innermost Loop into a technological pilgrimage at Grand Teton National Park. The dispatch joined automated pastoral care, agent-operated retail, inexpensive humanoid robots, new compute markets and Dave Blundin’s phrase about the collapsing distance between imagination and reality. The title turns “Solve Everything” into “Solve Avian-thing,” while the disputed French naming story of the Tetons is made literal in two breast-shaped granite peaks. Wordplay becomes geology, and the day’s institutions gather in one mechanical watershed. A red-robed, Jesus-like figure walks across the lake with $1.99 PER MINUTE printed on his chest. The price converts pastoral care into metered inference. Religious presence has not disappeared; it has become a service whose intimacy can be purchased in timed increments. The figure’s miracle is therefore double. He walks on water, but he also crosses the gap between a spiritual role and a scalable interface. Behind him, Catholic and Protestant leaders ride together in an orange raft marked ANTHROPIC. Their shared vessel suggests that traditions separated by doctrine may find themselves dependent on the same model infrastructure. They follow the subscription messiah over a submerged mandala of gears, stained-glass geometry and looping time. Faith remains visible, but the lake beneath it has become an operating mechanism. At left, an Andon Market storefront with its green smiley anchors an agent-operated boutique holding a three-year lease. The ordinary duration of that lease matters. Autonomous commerce is not presented as a temporary demonstration or digital pop-up; it has entered property, rent and neighborhood time. The cheerful facade makes the institutional change look almost banal, which is precisely how the distance between imagination and reality collapses. Below the shop, a white Unitree R1 kneels beside a robed human figure. The relatively inexpensive humanoid is recast as a pastoral companion, joining embodiment to the metered spiritual service on the water. Kneeling may indicate assistance, prayer or readiness to receive instruction. The ambiguity keeps the robot from becoming either a saint or appliance. It occupies the social posture through which care is recognized. A Japanese rowing shell marked SONY and HONDA cuts across the mechanical water. Its disciplined human crew contrasts with the autonomous systems elsewhere, preserving a form of coordinated bodily labor inside the automated landscape. A DNA-like nest and crystalline growths lie on the dry foreground, connecting biological organization and mineral structure to the same loop. The world is not becoming purely digital; computation is learning to recruit every substrate it can reach. Above the peaks, an ORNN dirigible carries an NVIDIA GPU price on its gondola. Compute pricing has become weather over the sacred scene: visible, mobile and capable of determining which services can remain aloft. The airship links market measurement to atmospheric sovereignty. Even the miracle below depends on a price floating overhead. A magpie and a small rectangular transient share the sky. The bird makes “Avian-thing” literal and preserves animal intelligence within a field crowded by artificial agents. Magpies are associated with collection, recognition and opportunistic problem solving; here the bird becomes a witness to institutions gathering technologies as bright objects. The transient remains deliberately unresolved, a signal whose category has not yet stabilized. The park sign dates the scene and fixes its geography. National parks formalize a public agreement about preservation, access and limits. Placing agent stores, priced pastoral care, humanoids and compute markets inside that landscape asks which aspects of the emerging world will be treated as commons and which will become metered concessions. The two peaks, exaggerated through the old etymological joke, make nourishment and embodiment part of the geography. They oppose the tendency to describe intelligence as disembodied abstraction. Every service in the scene depends on bodies, leases, machines, energy, minerals, institutions and places. The mechanical lake shows the system, but the stone mountains remind the viewer that no loop floats free of terrain. As contemporary history painting, Solve Avian-thing: The Grand Tetons turns the collapse between imagination and reality into a problem of passage. A priced messiah walks, denominations follow, robots kneel, rowers strain, shops sign leases and compute prices drift overhead. The tableau neither mocks faith nor canonizes technology. It asks what happens when deeply human roles become technically reproducible before society has decided which forms of presence should be automated, subsidized, preserved or held beyond the meter.
